2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK: I acknowledge that my participation in, attendance at, or presence on the Vegas Springs Studios property may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, uneven surfaces, stairs, decks, patios, landscaping, swimming pools, spas, wet surfaces, furniture, fixtures, props, décor, production materials, photography and videography equipment, lighting, electrical equipment, cables, stands, weather conditions, heat, sun exposure, interaction with guests, vendors, models, performers, staff, contractors, animals, and other conditions or activities associated with the property, event, rental, or production.
3. RELEASE AND WAIVER: To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Vegas Springs Studios, its owners, operators, management, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, vendors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my presence at or participation in activities at the property, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Vegas Springs Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal property. I am responsible for securing my own belongings and any property brought onto the premises.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Events and productions may involve independent vendors, including caterers, bartenders, photographers, videographers, entertainers, DJs, musicians, production crews, rental companies, security personnel, transportation providers, and other contractors. Vegas Springs Studios is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, products, equipment, or conduct of independent third-party vendors except as otherwise required by law.
6. ALCOHOL: If alcoholic beverages are served or consumed, I acknowledge that alcohol consumption involves inherent risks. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that I am responsible for my own conduct and actions while under the influence of alcohol.
7. COMPLIANCE WITH PROPERTY RULES: I agree to follow all rules, instructions, safety requirements, and reasonable directions provided by Vegas Springs Studios management or authorized personnel. Failure to follow property rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
8. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: I agree to be responsible for damage to Vegas Springs Studios property caused by me or by individuals for whom I am legally responsible, to the extent permitted by law.
9. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Vegas Springs Studios personnel, when reasonably necessary, to contact emergency medical services. Vegas Springs Studios does not provide medical services and is not responsible for medical expenses incurred by me.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA: Photography and/or videography may take place at Vegas Springs Studios during certain events or productions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I acknowledge that images or recordings taken during an event may include me incidentally as part of general event coverage.
11. MINORS: A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this Agreement on behalf of any participant under the age of 18.
12. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY: I represent that I am physically and legally capable of participating in the activities associated with my visit to Vegas Springs Studios.
13. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I have carefully read this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement. I understand that by signing it, I may be giving up certain legal rights. I understand that my electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Payment of this invoice constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein.
16. PROPERTY RULES, SAFETY & PARKING:
NO FIREARMS / WEAPONS POLICY: The Estate is a family-friendly private property. Firearms, weapons, or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Estate, including concealed or open carry guns, knives, tasers, pepper spray, or any weapon-like device. Violation may result in immediate event termination without refund.
PARKING & VEHICLE LIMITATIONS: Due to neighborhood and city restrictions, the Estate has a strict limit on vehicles. Rideshare and off-site designated parking must be utilized.
17. DESIGNATED OFF-SITE PARKING LOCATION:

18. POOL USE, SUPERVISION & LIABILITY: Any use of the pool, pool deck, or water features is entirely at Client’s and guests’ own risk. No lifeguard on duty at any time. Children must be supervised at all times. Client assumes full responsibility and liability for any pool-related incident.
